FCDI Absolute Rated filters offer superior bacteria and particle removal for critical high purity post filtration applications. These cartridges are composed of a validatable, hydrophilic, PVDF membrane and offer a high velocity DI water flush for quick rinse up with no downstream contamination. FCDI cartridges are composed of a single PVDF membrane with two layers of polypropylene support media to ensure absolute bacteria retention with typical LRV>8 and are 100% integrity tested to verify absolute sub-micron particle retention. The all PVDF membrane can be sanitized with chlorine, hydrogen peroxide or steam, and thermal cartridge welding minimizes extractables.
Code 0 filters feature a single open end with two 222 O-rings and a closed flat end with gasket.
