Description

Installation of an MQ pump can be done in a matter of minutes, greatly reducing installation costs. These pumps are ideal for pressure boosting from water storage tanks or from city water supply (maximum 45 psi inlet pressure). The MQ is a self-priming, multistage centrifugal pump. It can self-prime from a well depth of down to 26 feet within a maximum time of 5 minutes. There is no need to worry about a separate pressure tank, pressure switch, electrical connections, fittings, or any other separate items.

  • Capacitor: Class A rating, tested @ 85 New circuit layout, component upgrades, and Polyurethane filler (potting material).
  • Vent Holes: Located in Terminal Box and End Cover to remove heat and condensation.
  • Raised Key Pad: Accommodate new transfor mer and slanted 1.5 degrees to pass any surface liquid.
  • High Temperature Glue: 93 Electrical schematic molded into the cover of the Terminal Box.
  • Diffuser New design allows for increased volume pushed through chambers thus equaling additional head feet.
  • Shaft Nut: Approved Loctite applied to prevent the loosing of the Shaft Nut and build-up of corrosion.
  • High Torque: Starting torque increased to address sticking shaft seal due to long periods of shut-down.
  • Vent Holes: Located in the End Cover to remove heat and condensation.
