Description

The Crown™ Disintegration System increases biogas yield from the anaerobic digester by up to 30% and reduces the amount of sludge for disposal by up to 20%, drastically lowering disposal costs. The innovative mechanical sludge disintegration process uses cell lysis technology to break down sludge at the cellular level. Municipalities with high sludge hauling costs will realize major economic savings, and plants with digestion foaming problems will benefit, as the unique disintegration process disrupts filament-building microorganisms.

Evoqua is the exclusive distributor of the Crown disintegration system in the U.S. and Canada. Scroll down to watch a video on how the Crown Disintegration System works.
