Evoqua Acquires IsH20Top Group, Expanding Its Canadian Market Reach

PITTSBURGH & MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Evoqua Water Technologies Corp. (NYSE: AQUA) today announced it has acquired privately held IsH₂0Top (pronounced “isotope”) Group, a Quebec-based provider of high-purity water treatment equipment and systems, equipment maintenance services and service deionization. The acquisition strengthens Evoqua’s Canadian service capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

IsH₂0Top serves the ultrapure pharmaceutical, laboratory, medical, university, industrial and microelectronics markets in the Quebec region. It provides its customer base with a variety of solutions including reverse osmosis, deionized water systems and steam purification.
